The Sons of the American Revolution is a non-political, patriotic, educational 501C3 organization of male descendants of patriots who fought in, or otherwise supported the War of Independence that lead to the creation of the United States of America.
Our SAR Chapter is located in the greater Asheville area of Western North Carolina, being chartered 21 April 1928. Our Chapter is the oldest active Chapter in WNC composed of 100 members.
